The Bhutan pine 'Densa Hill' (Pinus wallichiana) is a small tree that grows densely in a conical shape and usually reaches a height of around 7 metres and a width of around 2.5 metres. Its needle-shaped leaves are blue-green in colour. This shrub is well tolerant of frost. It prefers well-drained, nutrient-rich soil in a sunny, sheltered position.
