With its blue-green leaf colouring, the Glaucous hair grass (Koeleria glauca) is a decorative design element in the garden, which also stands out with its upright and cushion-forming growth. The green flower spikes adorn this grass from summer onwards. It feels most at home in a sunny location with a well-drained, sandy, dry soil. In favourable conditions, this hardy grass reaches a height of approx. 40 cm and grows up to 30 cm wide.
