The Arrow-jointed broom (Genista sagittalis) is a flat, creeping dwarf shrub that produces golden yellow flowers arranged in clusters. They appear in June. The Arrow-jointed broom also has egg-shaped, light green leaves. In a sunny location with well-drained, lime-free, sandy soil, it usually reaches a height of approx. 20 cm and is approx. 60 cm wide.
