The Deutzia (Deutzia kalmiiflora) is a loose, overhanging small shrub that produces light pink-coloured flowers arranged in panicles. They appear in June. The Deutzia also has lanceolate, medium green leaves. In a sunny location with well-drained, nutrient-rich soil, it usually reaches a height of approx. 1.5 metres and grows to a width of approx. 1.5 metres.

Growth

Deutzia is a small shrub that grows loosely and overhanging. It usually reaches a height of 1 - 1.5 m and is approx. 1 - 1.5 m wide. It usually grows 15 - 40 cm per year.
