The Tree amelanchier 'Robin Hill' (Amelanchier arborea) is a large, ovoid shrub that produces silvery, star-shaped flowers arranged in clusters with a light fragrance. They appear in April. These produce purple-red, round fruits from September. They are small and exude a light fragrance. The Tree amelanchier 'Robin Hill' also has egg-shaped, medium green leaves. The white shoots are also an interesting sight. Its bark is silver-grey. In a sunny to semi-shady location with humus-rich, nutrient-rich soil, it usually reaches a height of around 10 metres and grows to a width of around 5 metres.

Tree amelanchier 'Robin Hill' is a large, ovoid shrub. It usually reaches a height of 5 - 10 m and is approx. 3 - 5 m wide. It usually grows 40 - 50 cm per year.

Leaves

The deciduous leaves of the Tree amelanchier 'Robin Hill' are medium green, egg-shaped. They are about 3 - 7 cm in size. White shoots. Tree amelanchier 'Robin Hill' turns bright orange-red in autumn.

Bark

Silver-grey bark makes this plant an eye-catcher in any garden.
