With its orange-red leaf colouring, the Love grass 'Purpurflirren' (Eragrostis spectabilis) is a decorative design element in the garden, which also stands out due to its horst-forming growth. The purple-red flower fronds adorn this grass from summer onwards. It feels most at home in a sunny location with a well-drained, dry soil. In favourable conditions, this hardy grass reaches a height of approx. 40 cm and grows up to 40 cm wide.
