The Spiraea (Spiraea decumbens) is a bushy, dense dwarf shrub that produces white flowers arranged in corymbs. They appear in April. The Spiraea also has egg-shaped, light green leaves. In a sunny to semi-shady location with well-drained, nutrient-rich soil, it usually reaches a height of approx. 30 cm and is approx. 50 cm wide.
