The False acacia 'Frisia' (Robinia pseudoacacia) is a roundish, upright small tree with decorative, brown, pod-shaped fruits that remain on the tree for a very long time. These exude a strong fragrance. It produces white flowers arranged in clusters from the end of May to the beginning of June. The False acacia 'Frisia' also has pinnate, yellow-green leaves. The orange-yellow shoots are also an interesting sight. In a sunny, sheltered location with well-drained, loose, sandy soil, it usually reaches a height of around 15 metres and grows to a width of around 8 metres.

Light brown, net-like torn bark makes this plant an eye-catcher in any garden.

Flower

The white flowers of False acacia 'Frisia' appear in clusters from the end of May to the beginning of June. They are strongly scented.
