The Virginia creeper 'Engelmannii' (Parthenocissus quinquefolia) is a climbing, overhanging, deciduous plant with decorative, blue fruits. It produces creamy white flowers from June to August. The Virginia creeper 'Engelmannii' also has palmate, dark green leaves. In a sunny to shady location with well-drained, nutrient-rich soil, it usually grows to a height of around 8 metres and is around 4 metres wide.

Virginia creeper 'Engelmannii' is an overhanging climbing plant that can reach a height of 6 - 8 m and a width of 2 - 4 m. Rapidly growing. It usually grows 0.7 - 1.5 m per year.

The deciduous leaves of the Virginia creeper 'Engelmannii's are dark green, palmate and toothed. They are about 10 - 12 cm in size. Virginia creeper 'Engelmannii' turns a bright scarlet red in autumn.
