The Crack willow 'Bullata' (Salix fragilis) is a dense, roundish small tree that produces yellow-green flowers arranged in catkins. They appear from April to May. The Crack willow 'Bullata' also has shiny, lanceolate, dark green leaves. Its bark is dark grey and longitudinally furrowed. In a sunny to semi-shady location, it usually reaches a height of around 6 metres. The Crack willow 'Bullata' makes no special demands on the soil.
