With its dark green leaf colouring, the Blue moor-grass (Sesleria caerulea) is a decorative design element in the garden, which also stands out with its dense and clump-forming growth. The brown flower spikes adorn this grass from summer onwards. It feels most at home in a sunny to semi-shady location with the loosest, most humus-rich soil possible. In favourable conditions, this hardy grass reaches a height of approx. 30 cm and grows up to 40 cm wide.
