The Honeysuckle 'Goldflame' (Lonicera heckrottii) is a bushy, climbing deciduous plant that produces purple-red, tubular flowers arranged in whorls with a pleasant fragrance. They appear from June to September. With the right care, the Honeysuckle 'Goldflame' will flower again from October to November. The Honeysuckle 'Goldflame' also has egg-shaped, blue-green leaves. In a sunny to semi-shady location with well-drained, humus-rich, nutrient-rich, loamy soil, it usually reaches a height of around 6 metres and grows to around 4 metres wide.
