The Peach 'Kernechter vom Vorgebirge' (Prunus persica) produces dark red, medium-sized, firm fruits. They have a tart, bitter flavour. Loose, nutrient-rich, sandy soil and a sunny location create ideal conditions for a high-yielding harvest from September. Its pink-coloured flowers are a beautiful sight. With its broad growth, the Peach 'Kernechter vom Vorgebirge' grows to around 4 metres high and 4 metres wide.
