The Oregon grape 'Apollo' (Mahonia aquifolium) is a bushy, dense small shrub with decorative, oval fruits. These exude a pleasant fragrance. It produces yellow flowers arranged in clusters from April to May. The Oregon grape 'Apollo' also has shiny, pinnate, dark green leaves. The bronze-coloured shoots are also an interesting sight. In a sunny to semi-shady location with well-drained, humus-rich soil, it usually reaches a height of approx. 1 m and is approx. 1 m wide.

Oregon grape 'Apollo' is a bushy and densely growing small shrub. It usually reaches a height of 0.6 - 1 m and is approx. 0.6 - 1 m wide. Slow growing. Usually grows 5 - 15 cm per year.
