The Kiwi fruit (Actinidia chinensis) produces brown fruits. They are oval and have a sweet and sour flavour. Well-drained, humus-rich, lime-free, nutrient-rich soil and a sunny location create the ideal conditions for a high-yielding harvest from September. Its creamy white flowers are a beautiful sight. With its climbing habit, the Kiwi fruit grows to around 7 metres high and 4 metres wide.
