The Norway maple 'Princeton Gold' (Acer platanoides) is a large tree that produces green-yellow flowers. They appear in April. These produce brown winged fruits. The Norway maple 'Princeton Gold' also has medium green leaves with golden yellow markings. The red shoots are also an interesting sight. Its bark is dark grey and longitudinally furrowed. In a sunny to semi-shady location, it usually reaches a height of around 15 metres and grows to a width of around 8 metres. The Norway maple 'Princeton Gold' makes no special demands on the soil.
