The Box elder 'Sensation' (Acer negundo) is a loose, multi-stemmed, picturesque, deciduous large shrub with decorative, pinnate, medium green leaves. The red shoots are also an interesting sight. In a sunny to semi-shady location, it usually reaches a height of around 8 metres and grows to a width of around 5 metres. The Box elder 'Sensation' makes no particular demands on the soil.
