With its medium green leaf colouring, Eulalia 'Federweißer' (Miscanthus sinensis) is a decorative design element in the garden, which also stands out with its upright growth. The creamy white to brown flower panicles adorn this grass from summer onwards. It feels most at home in a sunny location with a well-drained, humus-rich, nutrient-rich soil. In favourable conditions, this hardy grass reaches a height of approx. 1.8 m and grows up to 1.5 m wide.
