The Sedge 'Aureovariegata' (Carex morrowii) is a decorative design element in the garden with its colourful yellow leaves, which also adorns containers on balconies or terraces with its clump-forming growth. The yellow flower fronds adorn this grass from summer onwards. It feels most at home in a semi-shady to shady location with a well-drained, humus-rich, nutrient-rich soil. In favourable conditions, this hardy grass reaches a height of approx. 40 cm and grows up to 40 cm wide.
