The Golden clematis (Clematis tangutica) is a climbing, deciduous plant with decorative, silvery fruits that stay on for a very long time. It produces golden yellow, bell-shaped flowers from June to July. With the right care, the Golden clematis will flower again from September to October. The Golden clematis also has pinnate, medium-green leaves and usually grows to a height of around 4 metres and a width of around 1 metre in a sunny to semi-shady, wind-protected location with humus-rich, loose, nutrient-rich soil.

Golden clematis is a climbing plant that grows like a vine and can reach a height of 3 - 4 m and a width of 0.5 - 1 m.

Care

- Cut back boldly in spring so that the plant grows compactly.
