The Wild cherry 'Große Prinzessinkirsche' (Prunus avium) produces yellow-red, very large, juicy fruits. They are heart-shaped and have a sweet and sour flavour. Well-drained, calcareous, nutrient-rich soil and a sunny to semi-shady location create the ideal conditions for a high-yielding harvest from mid-June. Its white, pleasantly fragrant flowers are a beautiful sight. The Wild cherry 'Große Prinzessinkirsche' with its ovoid and upright habit grows to around 6 metres high and 4 metres wide.

Wild cherry 'Große Prinzessinkirsche' is an ovoid and upright growing tree that can reach a height of 4 - 6 metres and a width of 3 - 4 metres. It usually grows 15 - 20 cm per year.
