The Common redcurrant 'Jonkheer van Tets' (Ribes rubrum) produces dark red, very large berries. Tart, aromatic in flavour, the Common redcurrant 'Jonkheer van Tets' has a thin skin. Well-drained, nutrient-rich soil and a sunny to semi-shady location create the ideal conditions for a high-yielding harvest from June. Its green flowers are a beautiful sight.
