The Blue phlox 'Clouds of Perfume' (Phlox divaricata) is a creeping, winter-green perennial that forms blue, wheel-shaped flowers arranged in umbels with a strong fragrance from April to May. Its lanceolate leaves are medium green in colour. In a semi-shady location with well-drained, lime-free soil, it usually reaches a height of approx. 35 cm and grows to a width of approx. 30 cm. The Blue phlox 'Clouds of Perfume' is well tolerant of frost.
