Press Release from the Lorberg Nursery Group, September 9, 2026

The shareholders of the companies within the Lorberg Nursery Group have appointed Mr. Ralf Stolle as the new managing director of the group. Mr. Stolle has approximately 25 years of experience in the horticultural industry, where he has held operational leadership roles as a managing director.

Mr. Stolle is originally from southern Germany and will lead the Lorberg Group from its headquarters in Tremmen alongside Mr. Stefan Lorberg. The shareholders’ meeting views Mr. Stolle’s appointment as a pivotal step in the effort to further strengthen the Lorberg Group in a geopolitically and competitively challenging market environment and to maintain its leading position in the German and European markets. Mr. Stolle looks forward to working together with a strong and dedicated team at the Lorberg Nursery Group’s locations in Brandenburg, Berlin, Schleswig-Holstein, and Baden-Württemberg.

Mr. Daniel Lorberg will focus in the future on his role as a shareholder in the corporate group.
