The Candle larkspur 'Ouvertüre' (Delphinium x elatum) is an upright perennial that forms multi-coloured, cupped flowers arranged in panicles from June to July. Repeated flowering occurs from September to October with the right care. Its palmate leaves are dark green. In a sunny location with well-drained, nutrient-rich soil, it usually reaches a height of approx. 1.7 m and grows to a width of approx. 90 cm. The Candle larkspur 'Ouvertüre' is well tolerant of frost.
