The Thin-leaved sunflower 'Capenoch Star' (Helianthus decapetalus) is a bushy, upright perennial that produces lemon-yellow, basket-shaped flowers from July to September. Its egg-shaped leaves are dark green in colour. In a sunny location with well-drained, humus-rich, loose soil, it usually reaches a height of approx. 1.3 m and grows to a width of approx. 80 cm. The Thin-leaved sunflower 'Capenoch Star' is well tolerant of frost.
