The Cranesbill (Geranium wlassovianum) is a clump-forming perennial with decorative, rounded, lobed, dark green leaves with a bronze-coloured centre. It bears purple, cup-shaped flowers from July to September. In a sunny to semi-shady location with well-drained, humus-rich, loose soil, it usually reaches a height of approx. 40 cm and is approx. 40 cm wide. The Cranesbill is well tolerant of frost.
