The Red valerian 'Albus' (Centranthus ruber) is an upright perennial that produces white, star-shaped flowers arranged in panicles with a pleasant fragrance from June to September. Its lanceolate leaves are dark green. In a sunny location with well-drained, loose soil, it usually reaches a height of approx. 80 cm and is approx. 50 cm wide. The Red valerian 'Albus' is well tolerant of frost.
