The Cat´s ears (Antennaria dioica var. borealis) is a creeping, carpet-like, winter-green perennial with decorative, lanceolate, hairy, silver-grey leaves. It bears white, ball-shaped flowers from May to June. In a sunny location with well-drained, lime-free, loose, nutrient-rich soil, it usually reaches a height of approx. 10 cm and grows to a width of approx. 20 cm. The Cat´s ears is well tolerant of frost.

Creeping, carpet-like.
