The Large-flowered barrenwort 'Rose Queen' (Epimedium grandiflorum) is a broad, bushy, clump-forming perennial with decorative, heart-shaped, dark green leaves. It bears dark pink, star-shaped flowers from April to May. In a semi-shady to shady location with well-drained, lime-free soil, it usually reaches a height of approx. 20 cm and is approx. 30 cm wide. The Large-flowered barrenwort 'Rose Queen' is well tolerant of frost.
