The Tansy (Tanacetum vulgare) is an upright perennial that forms yellow flowers arranged in umbels from July to August. Its pinnate leaves are medium green. In a sunny location with humus-rich, nutrient-rich, sandy, loamy soil, it usually reaches a height of approx. 1.2 m and grows to a width of approx. 80 cm. The Tansy is well tolerant of frost.
