The Common houseleek 'Othello' (Sempervivum tectorum) is a cushion-forming, rosette-like, runner-forming, winter-green perennial that forms pink, basket-shaped flowers arranged in panicles from June to July. Its thick, lanceolate leaves are red in colour. In a sunny location with well-drained soil, it usually reaches a height of approx. 10 cm and is approx. 10 cm wide. The Common houseleek 'Othello' is well tolerant of frost.
