The Tridel berry 'Tayberry Medana'® (Rubus) produces purple-red berries. They have an aromatic, sweet and sour flavour. Well-drained soil and a sunny to semi-shady location create ideal conditions for a high-yielding harvest from the end of June. Their white flowers are a beautiful sight.

Growth

Upright, climbing. Generally grows 0.5 - 1.5 m per year.

Shoots

The shoots of Rubus 'Tayberry Medana'® are spiny.

Flower

The white flowers appear in May.

Fruit

The purple-red berries have an aromatic, sweet-sour flavour. Ripening time from the end of June.

Location

Preferred location in a sunny to semi-shady position.
