The Small yellow foxglove (Digitalis lutea) is an upright, winter-green perennial that forms light yellow, bell-shaped flowers from June to August. Its lanceolate leaves are dark green. In a sunny to semi-shady location with well-drained, calcareous, loamy soil, it usually reaches a height of approx. 1 m and grows to a width of approx. 40 cm. The Small yellow foxglove is well tolerant of frost.
