The Bleeding heart 'Alba' (Dicentra spectabilis) is an upright perennial that forms white flowers arranged in clusters from May to June. Its pinnate leaves are medium green. In a semi-shady to shady location with well-drained, humus-rich, nutrient-rich soil, it usually reaches a height of approx. 60 cm and is approx. 60 cm wide. The Bleeding heart 'Alba' is well tolerant of frost.
